3. False Chargebacks:

a) Please be aware that filing false chargebacks is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

c) We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who files a false chargeback.

d) We do not tolerate chargeback fraud. If you attempt to dispute a legitimate order, we will take immediate action: 

  • All fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed aggressively with proof of purchase, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
  • We will report chargeback fraud to the authorities and will pursue legal action if necessary.
